The location is perfect - within walking distance of all the main attractions in the Sassi region. The staff are friendly and helpful, making sure that every guest feels taken care of. The rooms are beautifully decorated with traditional ceilings and some even have excellent views. The shared upper terrace is a great bonus where you can relax and soak up the atmosphere of this unique city. And to top it off, the breakfast included in the stay is absolutely delicious, with a variety of pastries, fresh fruit, and yogurt to start your day off right.

The AC didn't cool the upper floor of the hotel very well during the hot summer. However, they did provide floor fans to help with the heat, so it wasn't a big issue.

Parking was a bit of an issue, as we had to pay extra to park our car and have it brought to us. I wish there had been some milk in the fridge for tea and coffee, as it was provided with sugar but not milk.

The communal terrace had amazing views of the old city and the breakfast was the best we had on our trip with lots of pastries and fresh fruit. Great location for exploring the old town, close to key landmarks and restaurants. The room was architecturally interesting and had a cozy atmosphere, perfect to unwind after a long day of work. The rooftop terrace offered a stunning view of the city and it was a great spot to enjoy a drink and relax. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for places to visit and eat.

The bathroom was cramped, the shower was small, and the hairdryer was outdated. The loft stairs were a bit creaky, but they added character to the room.
